The well runs dry!

Really!  I don't have a lot to talk about...my life is kinda boring (and I won't be one of those people who talk only about what ails them!).

Auburn Guy and Bama Girl went back to their respective colleges.  'Bama Girl's phone turned up...yay!  Strange that it turned up where she has no classes, though. (?)

I have been busy, just can't show pictures because I've been working on Christmas presents...and some people actually do read my blog!

I will show the wall hangings I finished and finally hung!

      I'm happy with this one.

    This one?  Not so much.

    I need greenery...or something!

So, as I said...I've got nothing!

Later,

Debbie

  2. Thanks for your comments on the guest room...I do love that bed! It's from Kentucky, circa mid 1800's, I think. It's been through a lot!

I love your Halloween decorations!! You are so talented...I am trying to get more into things like that (shh...I'm making Christmas stockings for everyone coming at Thanksgiving..secret!), but it's hard when you don't have anyone around to teach you.

    Have a great week!

  3. I understand about the well running dry. Well I at least know about a lake running dry. I stare at one everyday.

Some days are just good to reflect and just be fine with not having much too say. Thanks for being so honest and I know you enjoyed those kiddos coming home.

  4. Oh WHATEVER Deb! Your stuff looks fabulous sweetie! I just wish I had your talent. Sometimes I can come up with stuff in my head that I want to do, but I never can get it to REALITY!

    Hugs!

  5. Love your wallhangings. I saw the last one in LOQ magazine and put it aside to make. Haven't even started. Probably won't, but maybe.

  6. I bet college football days are interesting at your house. We are Alabama transplants. Our friends have turned us towards Bama. But my hubby still love KY. Go Big Blue.

Thanks for visiting my site. I love your wall hangings. Maybe you could weave a vine in between the pumpkins on the mantel.

  7. Some times nice pics of crafts is all you need to share to brighten our day. I love the pumkins. Maybe some raffia on the mantel will soften the look and make it more natural and seasonal since it's similar to hay in color and texture. Or a fall colored, patterned wide ribbon weaving around OR some fake fall leaves.
