I'm guessing these are wild turkeys?  I really don't know!  But, that was the excitement around here today!

  1. Hey, girl. You're supposed to shoot those suckers and eat'em for dinner!!! I like the way you shot them better. Too much trouble to clean. No outside dogs I see; they would have scared them away for sure. Hope that's the wildest things that wander up for you! Have a great weekend.

  2. That's a lot of turkey! I would rather shoot them with the camera than with a gun. Deer too.

    Have a great weekend!

  4. Where's your shotgun girl? Dinner arrived on the front lawn! Free range turkey. Do you know how much that costs at Whole Foods?! lol What a fun experience. You must be on the edge of the city. Ya just don't see THAT everyday!

  6. Too funny!!! Lucky for them, it's not November.
I got a kick out of your comment over at my place, "What happens at a quilt retreat....." Ha!
And your mom's quilt turned out just beautiful. I did as you suggested (clicked to make the pic larger). Great job!
I also loved the fabric choices on the quilt you had in the long arm.
    Happy quilting,
